Chicken Pot Pie
This was chosen for me to make by Cassandra who was chilly on this cold January day. She had a craving for a warm comfort food dinner. The recipe came from the American Test Kitchen cookbook Alex gave me for Christmas a while back. I followed it pretty faithfully, just put in less carrots.
